David Jones

David Jones have been a loyal client since 1999. Sydney's flagship stores of Market Street and Elizabeth Street buildings have been exclusively designed by SDC for Hydraulic Services, including the renowned Level 7 Elizabeth Street, which has been transformed to its original majestic style.

This presented a high degree of lateral thinking to accommodate the removal of all high level and vertical services over the complete trading floor. The 'before' and stunning 'after' results can be seen below. SDC are currently engaged in 2014 to provide our services for the Level 4 Elizabeth Street refurbishment. This includes recommissioning the heritage listed Directors Bathroom amenities, new wine bar and specialist concessions.

Heritage Buildings

SDC have been involved in many landmark Sydney buildings. These include David Jones Elizabeth and Markets Streets City Stores, Strand Arcade, Queen Victoria Building and the Gowings Building.

We have worked closely with Heritage Consultants to achieve a result that not only complies with Council requirements, in fact exceeds the Clients expectations and is a lasting example of Sydney’s bygone era for customers, residents and visitors alike to enjoy.
